In subject field, enter the subject of the message you want to compose.

In TO field, enter the E-mail address of the person you want to send the message to. Example: comments@onlinepluz.com. Make sure that the address you entered is very correct.

Step 4:

In CC field, enter the E-mail address of the other person(s) you want to receive carbon copy of the same message if any.

Step 5:

In the BCC field, enter the E-mail address of the person you want to receive the blank carbon copy of the same E- mail if any.

Step 6:

Move your mouse to the E-mail Text window and click the left mouse button, then type your message.

Step 7:

Click the send icon or select send from the file menu and it goes

Move your mouse to Reply and click on the left mouse button.

Type your reply. Assumed that you had entered the E-mail address, BCC and CC as required.

Click send button, and the message will be sent to your receiver. If the mail was successfully sent , it will indicate that the mail was sent.
